National Association of Investment Development Agencies (NAIDA)
INFORMATION ON THE ACTIVITIES OF THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT AGENCIES (NAIDA)
NAIDA goal is to combine the efforts of regional investment agencies and development corporations (IPAs) in order to increase investment attractiveness and inflow of investments into the Russian regions.
Number of NAIDA members — 81 Russian regions (IPAs).
Date of foundation: 2006.
The Executive Board of the Association consists of representatives of the following regional IPAs: Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Yugra, Rostov Region, Ulyanovsk Region, Moscow, Novosibirsk Region, St. Petersburg, Republic of Tatarstan, Tyumen Region, Orenburg Region, Altai Territory, Tula Region.
NAIDA main projects and services for Russian regions and international partners:
- exchange of successful experience (Lifehacker program and a library of ready-made solutions)
- diagnostics of the activity of regional investment agencies and recommendations (IPAs) for optimizing their work
- investor exchange service
- building up work with partners: the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Russian Direct Investment Fund, World Bank, VEB, international IPAs, etc.
- educational programs on investment topics, the Investcampus project, NAIDA training center
- internships in investment agencies of Russia and the international IPAs
- international, federal and regional events (NAIDA provides a quota for the head of a special organization at Saint-Petersburg International Economic Forum, Far East Economic Forum, etc.)
- acceleration programs
- PPP-constructor service
- recommendations on investment portals and CRM systems (as part of the National Rating assessment)
- operator of the Russian National Award — Leaders of Investment Development
